Flexsteel is a furniture manufacturer in Dubuque, IA that contacted us when they were moving into a new building and wanted to ensure their plans created a clean air environment for their employees. After talking with them and completing a site analysis we recommended installing six Micro Air MC 3000 self- cleaning ambient units. The solution provided 20,000 CFM ambient air capture. The filter life for these machines is two years and there is little to no maintenance required for these machines
For their robotic welding area, we recommended and installed a Micro Air RP8 16 cartridge dust collector. This unit captures the weld fumes and particulates and returns clean air. Due to the size of this unit we designed it to be installed outside.
Flexsteel was so happy with the Micro Air equipment they chose to install another dust collector to capture fumes from their laser cutting table. See the site pictures below for our clean air solution.
